💡 Why Interlocking & Ties Matter

When cartons are lined up straight tier after tier, they form weak column stacks that split apart easily when a forklift turns tightly. Pinwheel patterns weave seams together to stop this.

For patterns like 2U1 or 6U1, straight seam lines can still creep in. Inserting a cardboard Tie Layer every 3 layers acts as a high-friction brake that locks adjacent rows together, distributing weight evenly.

🎮 How to Train

  • Select a Pattern: Choose a configuration below to begin your tier training run.
  • Match the Blueprint: Watch the color-coded reference map on the right to align inputs.
  • Deploy Tie Layers: On every 3rd completed layer, the game enters a Bonus Tie Stage. Press đŸ“Ĩ LOCK to secure the cardboard Divider sheet!
  • Controls: Pad arrows / Keyboard arrows move blocks. 🔄 ROT / Space bar rotates orientation.
